2. Box the item securely. Enclose the invoice plus all original packaging and  accessories.

We will issue a credit to the original credit card and or issue a check for the cost of the item minus shipping charges and the sales tax, if applicable plus a 20% restocking fee. No opened and or used cases will be allowed to be returned. Please note we sell FDA regulated products. Thus, we cannot take responsibility for products removed from our facility. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement.
